USING A COMBINATION OF NATURE AND SCIENCE, YOU CAN TRANSFORM YOUR HEALTH FROM THE INSIDE OUT

I DO THINGS DIFFERENTLY

I help bring natural alignment to those who feel burnt out by combining cues from nature with hard science to feel their absolute best.

It’s a fast-paced world, and it's only getting faster. Sometimes, it feels almost impossible to take a full breath. While we can continue living this way for a while, it’s not thriving. It’s not in alignment with our bodies’ natural rhythms. But each body’s needs are different - and that’s where I come in! Together, we pinpoint where your body and your wellness routine need support and we design a clear plan that is best suited for your individual needs.

Like the seasons, our bodies have natural rhythms. By reconnecting to these rhythms, we can nourish ourselves more deeply.

My name is Blair Doucette, MScN.

I got my Master’s in Nutrition from the National University of Natural Medicine.

Starting in college and continuing, I’ve enjoyed pairing my love for sustainable agriculture with holistic nutrition. They’re actually not too different! With both, we must consider the whole ecosystem, work with the terrain, and nourish as we go. I love getting to practice both of my passions to help my clients grow, eat, and feel their best!

LET’S GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER A LITTLE BIT BETTER

  • I received my Bachelor’s Degree from the College of William and Mary where I double majored in Environmental Policy and Anthropology and focussed on Sustainable Agriculture. I then went to grad school for nutrition at the National University of Natural Medicine.

  • obviously there’s basil, but I also really like adding fennel in savory dishes, cardamom to sweet dishes, and nasturtium for fun!

  • Dancing (it’s maybe embarrassing, but I love a Zumba class), Square Dancing (have you ever tried it??), hiking, strolling gently looking at plants
