60-Minute Intake Zoom Call - If after your free discovery call you decide to work with me, we'll have a real sit-down chat where we'll get to know each other, we'll work together to build your personalized nutrition and holistic wellness plan - complete with recipes to try that will work with your lifestyle!  

Two, 30-Minute Follow-Up Calls Each Month - Each follow-up session will contain a status report, interactive exercises, and will end with handouts, worksheets, and informative videos being emailed directly to you.
